Generational transition at Sterki AG – a new chapter from 2026
For almost 60 years, Sterki AG has stood for technical excellence and reliable partnerships. We have now opened a new chapter:
As of January 1, 2026, Dominik Koster assumed the role of CEO, joined the Board of Directors and became a co-owner. With his industry experience, strategic expertise and eye for new technologies, he will shape the next phase of growth.
As part of the succession, SIC Group AG also acquired a stake as co-owner, thereby strengthening our strategic and financial foundation.
Reto Sterki, who has shaped the company for more than 40 years – including 25 years as CEO – is stepping back from operational management. As majority owner and member of the Board of Directors, he will remain closely connected to Sterki AG.
Together, we combine experience and new impulses – for a strong future in the powertrain business and beyond.
